Q: Where is my order?
A: You can track your order on our Track My Order page using the tracking number sent to your email. Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks after purchase.
Q: What is my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number will be sent to you via email within 2-3 days after your order is placed. If you don’t receive it within 5 days, please contact us at support@dreamcraftkits.com.
Q: I lost my tracking number. What can I do?
A: Simply email us at support@dreamcraftkits.com with your full name and shipping address, and we’ll resend your tracking details.

Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: You must contact us within 3 hours of purchase. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Q: What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In original packaging, with tags attached
- Unused and in the same condition received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at support@dreamcraftkits.com with photos of the item. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions:
- If the return is due to a defective, missing, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Q: Who do I contact if something is wrong with my order?
