Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To start your return, please email us at support@dreamcraftkits.com.
- Include your order number and a brief explanation. Our team will guide you through the process.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original packaging with tags attached
- Unworn and unused
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase/receipt
⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Shipping fees (except for damaged/incorrect single-item orders)
Return Process

- Approval & Instructions
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack items securely in their original condition with all packaging and tags.

Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: up to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer pays return shipping if the reason is a change of mind.
- We pay return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Abandoned Parcels
- If a package is unclaimed and returned to us, we cannot issue a full refund.
- Any return shipping and duty costs will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
Instead, please:
- Return the unwanted item following the process above.
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
(This ensures faster service and product availability.)

- Ensure products are securely packaged.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged/incorrect single-item orders).
